Sinuses All Plugged...Here's Some Helpful Hints To Get Rid Of It!...

* Use a solution of warm water and salt to gargle with, and also to snort into the nostrils (tastes a bit icky but if you use a baby medicine dropper,  or if you can find a nasal spray bottle that the lid comes off and is thoroughly cleansed, it works good too!)

FACT: Hawaiian people put themselves and their children in the salty waters of the sea to be rid of any sinus congestion.

Egg Drop Soup

Great for Colds, the Flu, or anything you may need a little comfort and care for!

4 cups of chicken stock (you can use canned broth or chicken bouillon), 1 tbsp of soya sauce, garlic powder (or finely minced fresh), 3 eggs beaten, 2 chopped green onions, (optional) 6 oz. of cooked thin slices of ham, pork, or chicken, (optional) mushrooms

Bring chicken stock to boil and reduce heat to keep it simmering.  Add (meat, mushrooms), soya sauce, and garlic.  Continue simmering for 2 minutes.  Pour beaten eggs in a thin stream into soup while stirring gently with a fork.  Add onions. Continue cooking until eggs are set.
